Training is offered in the form of online tutorial videos, user guides and other self-help documentation. If you or your department are interested in more traditional in-person classroom style training for specific IT applications such as Microsoft Excel or Adobe Photoshop, please check Logical Operations Learning Centers located on Electronics Parkway in Liverpool.

LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com)

Syracuse University currently maintains a site license for LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com), an online training website with thousands of tutorial videos. Subjects range from Adobe products to Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as general topics such as project management. To access LinkedIn Learning, following the following link and log in with your NetID and password.

Remote Access Training
