Create a Help Ticket

Are you a SU Student? ACS supports SU staff and related hardware and software.  If you are a student seeking IT help, please reach out to the IT staff in your school or college, or contact the ITS Service Center.

Before submitting a help ticket, make sure to check answers.syr.edu first!

You can request IT help by calling the Help Desk at 443-2677, by sending an email to acshelp@syr.edu, or by using the following form to submit a ticket directly into our tracking system.  Please be sure to describe your issue in as much detail as possible.

*IMPORTANT*

Recent changes to our ticketing system now require all form submissions to use a valid SU email address.  If you do not have a valid SU email, please email acshelp@syr.edu instead.
